Hillbrooke Hotels are experts when it comes to 'quirky luxury'. They have recently taken over the management of the Bull and Swan at Burghley and are currently working on a major refurbishment project at The William Cecil Hotel (formerly The Lady Anne's Hotel) located on High Street St. Martin's in Stamford. The Hotel will be open later on this year.

The historic Bull and Swan pub has also been recently refurbished and the dining room is themed around 'The Honourable Order of Little Bedlam'; a drinking club founded by The 5th Earl of Exeter in 1684.

The pub also has 7 fantastic bedrooms. All the rooms, are named after pseudonyms of some of the Members of The Honourable Order of Little Bedlam.
