Designed by Capability Brown to provide space for the family´s love of horticulture in the eighteenth century, the huge windows provide natural light for lunches and social events, whilst becoming a more intimate elegant space in the evening. Accompanied by its own rose garden, ideal for barbecues in the summer months, the Orangery can seat up to 100 guests for a dinner or reception.

THE HOUSE Season starts 31^st March until 28^th October. Open daily (except Fridays) 11AM TO 5PM, Last Admission 4.30PM
The Gardens of Surprise Admission charges apply daily from 31^st March to 28^th October. Adults £6.00, Children (over 5yrs) £5.00, Adult Season Ticket £18.00, Family Season Ticket £40.00. (Free admission with House Tickets)
