Bringing your dog to Burghley
With the exception of registered support dogs, unfortunately dogs are not permitted in the House, Gardens of Surprises, Sculpture Garden, Hide & Secrets Adventure Play, shops or the Orangery Restaurant. We kindly request that support dogs wear their coloured harness or jacket.
We welcome your four-legged friends in the wider Park area at Burghley. For the safety and comfort of other visitors, wildlife and livestock in these areas, dogs must be kept on their lead at all times. Free parking is available in the main car park next to Burghley House.
Dogs are welcome in the outdoor seating area at the Garden Café.
Please pick up after your dog and dispose of bags in any of the dog bins on site.
